What We Collect
When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, property address, the service you are enquiring about, and optionally your email address and a description of your project.
When you telephone us and leave a voicemail, we collect a recording of that message. Voicemail messages are automatically transcribed to text so that enquiries can be actioned promptly. Both the recording and the transcription are treated as personal data under this policy.
Our hosting provider also collects standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages visited.
Why We Collect It and Our Lawful Basis
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey, and provide a quotation. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form or leave a voicemail, and legitimate interests in responding to a request you have made.
Sharing Your Information With a Contractor
We pass enquiry details to a vetted local loft conversion contractor so that they can contact you, carry out a survey and provide a quotation. The information shared is what you have given us: your name, contact details, property address and project description.
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to marketing companies, lead brokers or any party other than the contractor handling your enquiry.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiry details and voicemail transcriptions are retained for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Voicemail audio recordings are deleted after 90 days.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies necessary for it to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not operate third-party analytics profiling.
